What is is a secure platform for sharing sensitive information, such as passwords and files, through one-time links.

What is a one-time link?

A one-time link is a unique web address that can only be used once. After it's been accessed or clicked on, the link becomes invalid, preventing further access. This security measure helps protect sensitive information by limiting its exposure and reducing the risk of unauthorized access or sharing.

How does ensure the security of shared information?

The platform uses client-side encryption with AES-256-GCM, ensuring data is encrypted before it leaves your browser. We only see the encrypted version of the data, and it gets permanently deleted after the link has been opened.

What does client-side encryption mean?

Client-side encryption means that the process of encoding (encrypting) and decoding (decrypting) data occurs on the user's device, such as their computer or smartphone, rather than on a remote server. This ensures that sensitive information is secured before it's sent over the internet, offering an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access or interception by third parties.

How does client-side encryption make more secure?

All encryption and decryption operations take place within your browser, with one part of the encryption key embedded within the link. This guarantees that your data is fully encrypted before it reaches our service, making it impossible for anyone (even us) to decrypt it without the original link.

Can I set expiration time for the one-time link?

Yes, links can be customized with expiration times, passwords, and CAPTCHA for enhanced security.

I need to generate a password. Do you have a password generator?

We have a strong password generator directly embedded into the link creation workflow.

What is a Secret Request link?

A feature allowing secure requests for sensitive information from clients or users. The input fields can be customized with our Secret Request templates feature.

Can I also send files using the one-time links?

Yes, you can attach a file to the one-time link. It's protected using the same client-side encryption process.

How does support team collaboration?

Features include account management, central settings control, and secure access through single sign-on (SSO).

Can I use with my branding?

Yes, there's an option to remove branding and use a custom domain to align with your brand identity.

What is Secure Chat?

Secure Chat is an end-to-end encrypted messaging service that functions similarly to one-time links: the chat is exclusive to the users who first join, and it will automatically self-destruct.
